About Therapeutic Coaching and Organizing

Hi, I’m Jenny, founder of Therapeutic Coaching & Organizing. I believe organizing is part problem solving, part art, and part science. It is the dynamic relationship between your space, your brain, and your daily routines. My job is to help you make that relationship easier. I often work with clients navigating ADHD, downsizing, and empty nesting, especially when life changes and your home needs to change with it. Together we sort, simplify, and set up systems you can actually keep up with, even on low energy days. That might look like hooks instead of hangers, open bins instead of lids, clear containers instead of mystery piles, and simple daily routines that reduce decision fatigue. Serving the Mid Hudson Valley in person and virtually via Zoom.
