When the world slowed down during the pandemic, I found myself navigating pregnancy in complete isolation. With those closest to me unable to be present, every appointment and preparation felt heavier. Even at home with my husband and son, a quiet void reminded me how vital it is to have someone show up when life feels overwhelming. Having lost both of my parents, my mom in 2017 and my dad in 2019, that loneliness hit even deeper and left me with a profound understanding of the worth of support and presence. Inspired by that season, I began to embrace and channel my skills into something tangible. I spent countless early mornings and late nights building systems, refining processes, and planning how I could translate my natural ability to orchestrate home estates, family milestones, and daily life into a standard others could rely on. Recognizing the significance of these skills confirmed the nudge I had been feeling in prayer, reminding me that this calling was part of the purpose God had placed in my life from birth. (un)stressed & co. is a lifestyle management brand empowering women in every role through refined organization, effortless coordination, and structured solutions that help them thrive in life’s tasks. Built from both lived experience and inspired insight, the brand reflects my belief that order is not just about aesthetics, it is about balance, succinct assurance, and the freedom to be fully present in intimate spaces and life’s most meaningful moments. As a wife and boy mom of two, I understand the daily challenges of balancing multiple roles, which inspires the way I help clients reclaim their time, restore balance, and navigate life’s responsibilities with clarity and confidence.
